Before I paid, things seemed okay, but after the payment went through, the replies got really short and kind of rude, like I was annoying them by asking basic questions. It made me feel a little uneasy and like I couldn’t fully trust the process anymore. Nothing terrible happened in the end, but the customer service definitely could’ve been more professional.
